About

Pranavi Women’s Health was founded with a clear vision:

to support women through perimenopause and menopause with compassionate, transformative, evidence-based, and individualised care.

Every woman experience perimenopause/menopause at some stage in their life, and our aim is to empower you with knowledge, support, and up-to-date medical care—so this chapter of your life becomes one in which you truly thrive.

Our extended services encompass comprehensive care in women’s menstrual and sexual health, as well as midlife weight management.

Care designed around you

Each consultation is thoughtfully designed to provide thorough, evidence-based, and individualised care—tailored to the unique needs of every woman. We take the time to listen, understand, and address concerns holistically, recognising that women’s health is complex and deeply personal.

Our focus is on delivering integrated menopause care, supporting women through hormonal transitions, and addressing associated concerns such as weight changes, metabolic health, and overall wellbeing.

Through a combination of clinical expertise and a compassionate approach, we aim to empower women with the knowledge, tools, and support needed to navigate their health with confidence at every stage of life.

The journey you begin with Pranavi Women’s Health is more than a doctor’s appointment — it’s a meaningful step toward improving your quality of life and overall wellbeing.

Because it’s not just about living — it’s about living well.

About Dr Usha Thiagaraja

Dr Usha Thiagaraja -Pranavi Women's Health

Dr Usha has been a dedicated medical doctor since 2005. She completed her hospital training in New Zealand before moving to Perth. Since 2013, she has focused primarily on General Practice, with a special interest in Women’s Health.

Her philosophy centres on empowering women through knowledge and evidence-based care, helping them thrive through every stage of midlife. Her deep passion for guiding women through perimenopause and menopause inspired the vision behind Pranavi Women’s Health.

Dr Usha believes true care goes beyond treating symptoms — it’s about understanding the whole person. Her consultations are thoughtfully designed to be comprehensive, personalised, and collaborative, ensuring that each woman feels heard, supported, and cared for.

A strong advocate for healthy aging and midlife wellbeing, Dr Usha recognises that menopause often coincides with changes in metabolic health and weight management. She integrates her expertise in nutrition, movement, and lifestyle medicine to help her patients achieve balance and vitality.

Dr Usha lives with her husband and her daughter in Perth. Outside her clinical practice, she finds joy in travel, outdoor fitness, yoga, painting and swimming — embracing the very principles of wellness she encourages in her patients.
